Random Tables for Eye Color for PCs/NPCs

Humans:

01-04 Black 05-20 Brown 21-25 Grey 26-40 Green
41-55 Blue 56-70 Hazel 71-75 Olive 76-79 Silvery
80-83 Red 84-88 Violet 89-93 White 94-97 Amber
98-00 Gold - - -
  • Gold Eyes on a human allow that person to see through all forms of illusions. After 10th level the person can even see through illusions cast by Gods, Demi-Gods, Demons (deamons), Devils.
  • White Eyes are very sensitive to ALL forms of light or light spells. Under those conditions the player loses all Dexterity bonuses and attacks at -2 to hit.
  • Violet Eyes allow the player to see into the Ultra-Violet side of the light spectrum. Underground, this ability does not function but out of doors in minimal light conditions the character has Ultra-Vision and can see fairly clearly from 50 yards to 300 yards as if it were permanently dusk. Any form of light including a Full Moon will cancel out this ability. (On a d8: 1-2=50 yds, 3-4=100 yds, 5=150 yds, 6=200 yds, 7=250 yds, 8=300 yds)
  • Red Eyes allow the player to have Infra-Vision from 20' to 80'. Any form of illumination except at night during a New Moon with only star light will cancel out this ability. (On a d10: 1-2=20', 3-4=30', 5-6=40', 7=50', 8=60', 9=70', 10=80')
  • Silvery Eyes give the player the ability to see Invisible objects or lifeforms. (01-29%= Creatures, 30-59%= People, 60-79%= Artifacts, 80-83%= Dust of Dissappearance, 85-88%= Robe of Blending and Cloaks of Elvinkind, 89%= Rods/Staves/Wands, 90-94%= Potions & Rings, 95-99%= Spells & Psionics, 100%= SEES ALL)
  • Black Eyes (Not the ones you get from a fight) on a Human means that the player needs extra light to see as well as a normal human. (Normal - Sunlight, light spells, or similar, -1 to hit - Torch or similar light, -2 to hit - Total darkness. NOTE: Blind Fighting NWP will allow the player to fight normally under any light condition.)
  • Blue Eyes add 1 point to the players Charisma and also gives the player a -0.5% to encounters table.
  • Grey Eyes allow players to see distance under water from 100 to 1000 yards as if there wasn't any water. (On a d12: 1-2= 100, 3-4= 200, 5= 300, 6= 400, 7= 500, 8= 600, 9= 700, 10= 800, 11= 900, 12= 1000)
